Moriah Hagel graduated Faulkner University, Montgomery, Alabama December of 2016. There she majored in Social Science and interned at the Foundation for Moral Law. Shortly after graduation she joined the staff at River Region Law Firm, LLC as their Legal Assistant, receptionist, a Notary Public, and Paralegal. Moriah is our primary assistant, but is focusing on our Estate Planning clients. She is the friendly voice you will hear over the phone and the smiling face that will bring you to the conference room for your appointments.

Rachelle P. Wallace
Bookkeeper and Probate Legal Assistant
Rachelle Wallace graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery in 1990 with a degree in Secondary Education Mathematics. Her diverse professional background includes serving as a social worker and grant manager for the State of Alabama, teaching and tutoring—particularly within the homeschool community—while also homeschooling her own children, and serving as treasurer of her church since 2010.
In 2016, Rachelle transitioned her long-standing experience preparing taxes for family and friends into a formal practice, and by 2019 she earned the credential of Enrolled Agent.
At our firm, Rachelle will primarily assist with Probate matters and will continue to provide tax preparation services as her schedule allows. She will also oversee the firm’s bookkeeping needs. Rachelle brings exceptional tax accounting knowledge, outstanding attention to detail, and a warm, client-centered approach. She will serve as the primary face of the Probate side of our practice, and we are confident she will be an invaluable asset to our clients and our team.
